ACRYLIC BATHS AND SHOWER BASES

• We use continuous cast acrylic sheet; this type of sheet produces the best definition in our products – lines are sharp and crisp.
• Our sheet is sourced only from Mitsubishi or ICI or Aristech.
• All moulds are designed and manufactured in-house drawing on many years of experience in this industry.
• Our method of production is known as vacuum thermoforming.
• After the forming is manufactured it is then reinforced using resin and fibreglass.
• The thickness of this back-up is essential to creating a quality product – accordingly our backup is sprayed to a specific, pre-determined weight.
• After post curing the product is then re-weighed to ensure compliance with our standards. When the product has been allowed to cure it is then trimmed.
• We ensure that edges are perfectly straight by placing a steel rod in the coping channel.
• Before leaving the factory for the store it is thoroughly inspected for quality – any product not meeting the standard is condemned.
• Experienced spa bath plumbers convert the acrylic baths into spa baths.

ACRYLIC SPA BATHS

• We use only accredited components – PVC pipe from Vinidex, Jets and controls from Edgetech, Onga and pumps from Onga.
• All PVC joints are primed on both ends and glued, with pressure glue.
• When the spa is complete we thoroughly water test the spa under the severest conditions to make sure there are no leaks.
• Thereafter the spa is thoroughly inspected for any imperfections and defects.
• The spa is then wrapped in cardboard and bubble wrap and dispatched.

ACRYLIC SPA POOLS (portable and inground )

• We use 3.2mm and 4.5mm continuous cast acrylic sheet; this type of sheet produces the best definition in our products – lines are sharp and crisp.
• Sheet is either of a marble or granite finish.
• Our sheet is sourced only from ICI or Aristech.
• After the forming is manufactured it is then reinforced and insulated using a number of manufacturing processes.

• All of the above is done in order to achieve:-
  - Perfect roll-out
  - Best possible water-resistance
  - Best insulation
  - When the product has been allowed to cure it is then trimmed.

• Before leaving the factory for the store it is thoroughly inspected for quality – any product not meeting the standard is condemned.
• Experienced spa bath plumbers then convert the acrylic formings into spa pools.
• We use only accredited components – PVC pipe from Vinidex, Jets and controls from Aqua Pacific or Waterways. Pump are sourced from Aqua Pacific.
• All PVC joints are primed on both ends and glued.
• Portable spa pools are encased in a Western Red Cedar cabinet.
• When the spa is complete we thoroughly water test the spa under the severest conditions to make sure there are no leaks.
• Thereafter the spa is thoroughly inspected for any imperfections and defects.
• The spa is then wrapped and dispatched.
